Sparkling blue

Today was freezing and fighting the wind for a photo was a huge challenge. I opted for a green plaid button up with hints of blue. Tucked into straight leg Rue21 jeans. I considered a green belt but if by some chance I removed my black pea coat I didn’t want to overdo it. I instead paired the look with a green clutch and long royal blue scarf that picks up on the blue pinstripes in the top. Overall I liked this look for the weather. With the wind the scarf became even more of a statement piece then it already was.
