Fluffy Dots

Saw this adorable polka dot sweater in Forever 21 recently. I had a hard time deciding on what color to buy since I had 3 to choose from. I tend to stay away from white, but of course, I love black and white and to justify it I had nothing else like it. Paired it with this fluffy skirt and dotted tights. The volume and the textures seemed to work perfectly together.
