Re video: Browns seem much more healthy, warm, whereas the blacks dehumanize, make mechanical. Still, some of the designs were too layered and one jacket seemed to effect the model's walk. Anything that showed the model's figure seemed to succeed. This illustrates the fact that who you are inside of the suit complements the clothes and where the clothes fail.

Notes from Ohne Titel
Feb 18, 2009

Running on little sleep and less food for the first few days of fashion week, of course the first thing I spotted at Ohne Titel were the incredible macarons. There were also fashion celebrities aplenty to spot with Kate Lanphear, Scott Schuman, and Susie Bubble (who I should really start calling by her real name) to name a few. It was no surprise so many fashionable ladies and gents showed up, the collection was fantastic- very Ohne Titel but a bit darker. The beautifully draped dresses, zipper jackets and draped neckline jackets stole my heart. I even fell in love with the brown pieces and I normally abhor that particular shade of brown. Flora Gill and Alexa Adams work fashion magic. These ladies are ones to watch. I, for one, can’t wait to see what they do next.

Also note the knee cut outs. We’ve been seeing cut outs all over the place at NYFW. Start taking your scissors to those leggings, girls!
