threadsence 's Thoughts:

Sometimes it too just fun to indulge in a wintery mood. We all have those days when we’re reaching for those cozy pieces with dark colors and rich prints; they’re like tomato soup comfort for the fashion soul. But those cozy winter comfort pieces should be blah boring. So put down the outdated oatmeal colored sweater…you can where that when you’re sick and actually eating said tomato soup. Instead go with an olive green python print dress. The dark colors and snake print give a brooding winter feel, that’s both cozy and chic. Don’t be afraid of mixing lots of prints either. Add a geometric print scarf and oxblood belt. Even though the patterns are stand out different, the colors all meld together in a cohesive way. And since it’s winter you need lots of layering warmth. But instead of traditional sweater, try a long draped cape cardigan. Go for a neutral like grey since the shape is already so bold, plus you can layer it with a statement coat.
