When in doubt I always seem to fall back on these classics-my faded black jeans, paper thin tank, and trusty, over-worn Lucky Brand boots. These boots have been a staple in my wardrobe for the past year or so. They’re one of those too perfect pairs that add just the right amount of weight to your feet to compliment pretty much everything yet are still completely practical for city roaming, poor navigational planning, and parked car losing. But after their recent acquisition of a just-barely noticeable squeak every time I take a step, I’m dreading thinking that it might be time to retire them. Or find a decent leather-worker/shoe-miracle-worker. Does anyone know one of those? Do they even still exist?
Also, I’m kind of back on American Apparel stuff again…Every now and then I convince myself that I’ve exhausted their supply of basics and avoid their stores until randomly wandering into one and rediscovering how completely wrong I was. Current fixations include everything tri-blend and deep V’s. Though that might be a completely unnecessary statement.
