Dress-up?

I was going to try to make a post “dressing up” the Rebecca Taylor dress I posted before. But got confused by my own statement, haha.

I’m constantly asked why I’m “so dressed-up”…as I’m sure many of you have experiened as well. I would wear this outfit out for lunch or shopping. But perhaps it could also be considered “dressed-up” and not appropriate for day-time.

I’m not entirely sure (nor do I totally care…in the end I wear what I want, ha) But any thoughts on the issue?
