Wore this to dinner at Rockwell followed by drinks and a few good laughs with DLSU Lair friends at Pasto/Pier One in Fort.
Zippered front and back this is an ode to Alexander Wang and our zipper obsession that is everywhere now. Both corset top with the sexy V-cut neckline and black skirt are by Glitterati and if you will look at the back, the zipper on the corset actually sneaks up on you there.
I missed wearing pink and black to death so I guess this was my take on my two favorite colors since:
1) It was Friday the 13th so I was afraid of the mishaps that might occur (call me superstitious but I was really freaked by the bad omen that came with the day. But so far none happened except that I passed out (literally go unconscious caused by lack of oxygen in my blood supply) twice while watching television later that night. Hahaha)
2) I wanted to psych myself to go to Rockwell and deal with all the flowers and teddy bears and chocolate bon bons for Valentines. I cannot help but be a Valentine’s grinch. I hate the commercialized Hallmark holiday. And for the record, the CHEAPEST 3 piece roses in Powerplant sell for P1300…. the same selling price of this Glitterati skirt! Skirt vs. 2-day old roses? I go for the skirt all the way!!!!
On a lighter note,I know some people just love the day and will celebrate it with their special someones so as not to kill the LOVEY DOVEY moode all around…. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY DARLINGS! Enjoy! xx
PS: As for me, I forced my boyfriend to watch the 4 hour BBC documentary on Auschwitz tonight and order takeout. Hahaha just another Saturday!!!! Boycott!
