I love androgynous looks, such as the one I am wearing in this post. I have always found a woman wearing men’s clothes very sexy and chic. That’s why I’ve been long dreaming about a perfect boyfriend coat, that I now proudly own (this beauty is from Mango – I really enjoy their fall/winter collection this year). That being said, usually my style is very feminine and I totally embrace it, so the key to these kinds of outfits is to really find a ballance between the masculine elements and the feminine ones (whilst I’m wearing a boyfriend coat and a bowtie, I’ve completed the look with a girly clutch, very feminine red heels and delicate lace gloves).
The rest of the outfit is mainly composed of what I consider to be the most important essentials in a woman’s wardrobe: a pair of perfectly cut skinny indigo jeans and an immaculate white button-up shirt.
The bow tie is from last year’s H&M fall collection, the gloves are recently bought from Meli Melo (they were a steal!) and the precious fucshia clutch, that I seem to be glued to these days (isn’t it just adorable?) – is from The Bag Shop. This little precious clutch brightens up everything I wear, even though I’m in a very dark mood these days and can’t get enough of blacks and numerous shades of grey.
Love,
C.
