A Dog is a Woman's Best Friend (and Style Muse)

I took some styling tips of our dear little Burger for this one… that is a lie, but it is kind of cute that we ended up matching. Camo, sandy brown and whites/creams, it is like he was my little style muse for this outfit.

Camo seems to be the ultimate in men’s trends at the moment. Joel’s wardrobe is brimming with camo, from his army surplus jacket and button ups, to his snapbacks and the Mark McNairy brogues I bought him for his birthday. Slowly but surely, I have seen more and more women embracing camo. I am a little hesitant to don a large amount of the print for fear of looking chunky and rough. I decided to start slowly with the trend (and work appropriate) with this cool Good Wood NYC wooden bow tie that Joel managed to get his hands on for me. We have quite the collection of Good Wood pieces, but as of yet no bow ties. I know this is easily going to be one of my favourite Good Wood pieces, right along there with my mexican sugar skull.
