Shredded

A couple of weeks ago I settled down on the couch that has somehow ended up in my courtyard and did some good old-fashioned dress altering. This ASOS dress had been sitting in my wardrobe for months, with the sleeves too long and hemline not quite right. For some reason I have been lusting after garments with shredded details lately, so decided it was about time I took to this dress with some scissors and gave it a new life…

Now I just have to work up the patience to shred a whole shirt (the hemlines on this took about an hour alone)! I’m a sucker for oversized dresses that can be thrown on with ease like this one – I’m just glad I can finally get some more wear out of this one.
