When a brand like Adolfo Domínguez contacts you and asks you to do a collaboration you think that nothing better can happen. Then, when you see the new season of the brand’s U line collection and you feel absolulety identified with the women that it’s inspired by (The girl from Sao Paulo, Tokyo, Paris) I was totally hooked!
To choose this total look I have to say that I started from my feet. Me and these booties, it was love at first sight. They meet all the requirements to become the shoe of the season; light pink leather and a retro vintage look. Lovely! The dress, from the Paris collection, got my attention because of its beautiful animal print in warm colors and its pleated skirt, totally flattering for every woman. Lastly, I put on a risky touch but very trendy thanks to the accesories, first adding this gorgeous black and camel borsalino hat and then of course, the Shimokita of U, a multifunctional leather bag (maxi clutch, backpack and shoulder bag all in one) inspired by the cosmopolitan district of Tokyo that fits with the everyday woman of the 21st century.
The party organized for the Adolfo Domínguez clients was a total success. Live music, delicious cocktails, discussion, tips, tweets, laughs and especially a 15% discount! What else could you ask for? I confess I am a faithful follower of the brand ( I’ve followed Gala’s proposals from the blog Amlul) and I hope this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship between U and twenty7things ?.
