Although a Mama-on-the-Run in my forties with 2 kiddiwinks under 5
I still love to have fun with my everyday style.
The big kid in me loves the Pop Art /Cartoon/ Comic book trend seen in the recent 3.1 Phillip Lim, Markus Lupfer and Romance was Born collections.
When I first saw the 3.1 Phillip Lim’s Ka-Pow T shirt and sweater I just absolutely loved them. The bold, fun, graphic totally appeals to my own personal style.
As we are heading into Australian Spring/Summer – I felt the T-shirt would get the most wear. I am looking forward to wearing with pencil denim skirt and some summer cotton skirts – stay tuned.
I wore it the other day whilst filming for STEELEMyStyle TV in probably the hottest early Spring day in weeks and probably the last day of my leather trousers that have been worn to death this Australian Winter and Autumn.
Obviously best times for outfit photos in Queensland, Australia are NOT lunchtime but hey with 2 kiddiwinks & a business to run you take the opportunities when you can for a quick pic.
