RGB Scallops & Studs

I was wearing my DIY studded denim vest again. In my attempt to make this outfit vastly different from my previous one, I paired it with a pair of high-waisted scallops hemline floral shorts. And instead of JC Litas, I put on a T-strap glitters heels.

Though the glitters from the heels can’t be seen in the main photo at all, you can have a clear view of them in my support photo.
