Thanks to a nasty ice and snow storm that hit last week, I’ve been without power for almost a week (it will be a week in an hour). I’d been staying with my grandmother until Sunday and then I had to come to the hotel with my parents and sister because classes started back on Monday. Having a freezing cold and dark house doesn’t make for the easiest time picking out clothes and it doesn’t put me in the most stylish mood either. I did wear a super cute outfit Thursday for my Mom’s 50th birthday, but not being at home, I didn’t have my tripod or anyone/where to take a picture and all the pictures from that night are from the midsection up.
The power company said we’ll be one of the last to get our power back so don’t expect too much greatness from me for a few more days. Minus Thursday when I go see Christian Siriano, but you’ve already seen most of that outfit (high waisted skit post).
This is just what I wore to class today. It started snowing again and I had never worn this sweater so I grabbed it out of my closet last time I went home to get clothes. It’d probably be a lot cuter with a black skirt and tights, or maybe it’s just not cute. (Also note, it isn’t that short. It hits low on my bum, the pose just makes it look akwardly short and plain at that) I haven’t decided. It was comfortable though :) Sorry Marcus (Go read the new Male or Coed Ugly post haha)
