What are my requirements for dressing for a baby shower?

1) Look ladylike. Afterall, it’s a girly event and you will be surrounded by ladies, so make the most of it.

2) Don’t dress too restrictively. You need to be able to wear a toilet paper diaper, obviously.

3) Add some whimsy. I didn’t know if the baby was a boy or a girl, so a subtle mix of blue and pink was my nod towards babies everywhere. (Don’t go for baby blue and baby pink! That’s an anvil!)
