




We all had, in our childhood, a fetish object which was carefully kept in a small box which demonstrated the preciousness of the thing. In reality, this precious object was only an ode to the most absolute kitsch, to promotional plastic gifts and to cheap jewelry in all its glory!
Mine was a plastic beaded necklace that I imagined to be composed of real diamonds that belonged to a very influential princess of fashion. (I swear!)
So, you will understand why I reached a stage of extreme excitement when, sixteen years later, this plastic necklace appeared to me at H&M! In fact, these transparent beads, dangling in front of me without any complex, injected me the enthusiasm of my eight years old.
