This you see here is the result of my friendship with Mihaela.
I was a rather raggy girl. I did’t precisely have what you would call fashion sense. I would wear whatever came at hand, T-shirts were my usual go to top and sneakers the shoes I loved. Fashion was something very foreign to me.
And then I met Mihaela. She had a very keen fashion sense and, in time, that sense developed. She never told me wear this or this or buy this or this. She never tried to make me more like her.
But I really liked the way she dressed. She is stylish. She has a certain understanding of clothes. She can make the most original combination and make clothes that belonged to her mother look like they deserve to be worn.
When i was little everyone would call me fat :)). Not the other kids, but my father always. If it wouldn’t have been for Miha, I would have never worn pants like this with the waist showing. Until a few years ago, I wouldn’t even wear shorts because my mom would tell me my legs don’t look good in them.
All this time, when everyone would tell me that I can’t wear this or that, I would think about Miha, about how she looks like a princess sometimes and I would know that beauty is not about how you look, it’s about who you are.
