So far this summer, I’ve bought 4 dresses at Forever21. I find one, sometimes two, every time I go in there! This latest one, when I describe it, sounds completely worthless. It’s completely see-through, sleeveless, and too big. Silly, right? Yet, somehow, it just works. I love the color; not quite red, not quite orange. The pattern is really cute, too, and it’s one of those rare over-sized pieces that actually looks good on me.
