Dressed up in this proper little A-line periwinkle dress custom made by Chie Duncan of Vivat Veritas, I felt like I should be attending a tea party of some sort. But no, my sister and I just grabbed a bite at Le Boulanger a yummy little sandwich cafe not too far from my old community college.
