Print & Peplum

…Living in the UK means layering is more than just a styling technique, its a way of life. We have the most erratic weather here, this year more than ever. With the days beginning with rain and ending with sunshine, dressing has never been more of a challenge.
With this in mind i decided to pair up two printed seperates i bought in the sales last year, both burgandy ethnic prints, they compliment each other perfectly. I layered the printed peplum over a white shirt and added a jewelled neon necklace as an accent.
Trousers like this are perfect for a long day at work or shopping, so comfortable they feel like you never took off your pyjamas!
As expected the sun came out half way through my day off and i suddenly began to overheat, luckily i was able to take off my white shirt and stay cool. (well for about an hour until it rained again! – the joys of british summertime)
