It was freezing outside! The top is really a scarf looks down in shame. The skirt was wayyy too big on me so I wanted to take a picture with it and return it! To hold it up, I used two belts and I thought it was creative to have them different colors! I’m trying to start a trend, what can I say..

The white belt actually washes out 'cause of the skirt's color, but it's still a really adorable outfit. Great scarf.
