It Never Rains in Southern California

Here is my outfit that vibed with the rainy night. I call it “Annie Hall goes on African Safari.” I wore this to see a friend’s band in Echo Park not what I would expect to be moved to wear on a summer night but I made it more summery by wearing white tights with hearts on them instead of opting for black.
