I have to admit, the weather has been in the high 90’s and this dress is pretty solid, but I couldn’t help but wear it for a nice birthday dinner. We decided to take my boyfriend’s mom to a favorite restaurant of ours in Silverlake. It has some personal sentiment to us because we had one of our first dates there. It’s a beautiful outdoor restaurant with trees covering the patio and candlelit tables. And of course the food is amazing!

I have a lot of things to look forward to this month. My brother moving in across the street, a weekend getaway, and I get to see Fiona Apple live at the end of the month. I am so excited! I have been such a big fan since I was 13 (that was a long time ago) and this will be my first time going to her concert.

Have any big plans for the summer?
