I have been obsessed with one piece swimsuits for many years now. I love full swimwear, but have grown a little bored with it. I wanted to start wearing bikinis again, only to realize that all the cute swimsuits these days are full cover ups. Seeing as I wanted to expose a little more skin, I decided to make my own high waitsed swim bottoms, and pair it with a cute strapless top from Target!
