It’s a problem we all know too well. You find an amazing designer treasure at a vintage store or on consignment, but there is something about it that needs tweaking before it can be outfit ready. Such was the problem with this vintage Missoni skirt acquired by my friend Kathryn*. After much debating, we decided that if it wasn’t working as a skirt, why not turn it into a top? Et voilà!
