I’ve heard the phrase ‘Plain Jane’ before and it just stuck in my mind. I believe everyone is unique and should always thrive to be different. That’s my philosophy. Sure, I’ve been called weird, but I think being called “weird” is a compliment. Why? Well, when you’re weird, you are not normal and that sets you apart from the rest of the world.

When I think of plain, I think of simple colors. Now, this grey dress was the definition of plain yet it was so unique. I loved the crochet top and the tulle bottom. I’ve always had these grey socks, but never wore them before… until now :). Grey dress + grey socks + black shoes = Miss Plain Jane
