This is how I wore it TODAY.
I love this skirt and it was just ONE dollar.
I cant get enough of it.
I matched it up with this cute top and I love my new wedge sandals.
As you can SEE I dyed my hair over the weekend.
BLONDER is BETTER for SUMMER.. HEE HEE
I cant afford a hair dresser So I do it myself.

I use Revlon COLORSILK # 3.
