I was wearing another of my self-modified piece. I chopped off the lining of this maxi tulle by a few inches to show more legs through the sheerness of the tulle. I didn’t do that because I have nice legs, on the contrary, I hate my legs. But I shortened the lining to give an illusion of a taller silhouette. Heehee.
I didn’t bother to sew the “raw” hemline but I burnt it carefully with a tealight candle to seal the seam. A trick that I learned from my good friend J.
Actually, this set of photos was taken 2 weeks ago. However, I am not very pleased with how the photos turned out so I spent quite a bit of time meddling with them. Some outfits are just so difficult to photograph. And whenever I wish there was a bit of wind, NO WIND :(
Anyway, I shan’t bore you with my rants & whines.
You have seen this cropped tee in Aztec & Mint. Besides switching the pants for a romantic skirt, I also accessorized with different accessories – turquoise beads necklace, peacock ring as well as H&M mint & neon yellow bracelets.
