me and my friend have been trying to make these skirts that seem to be a bloggers favorite do-it-yourself project lately. we finally got around to it this week, and my friend spotted this amazing fabric. and tada! an amazing skirt developed from it. the pattern itself resembles the miu miu patterns for this spring, except with more of an outright circus twist. the shape as well resembles the miu miu skirts. i paired it with neutrals because the skirt screams color on its own, so it doesn’t need much but some blacks and whites.

that's so cool. the skirt was already cool when I thought you'd just bought it, but then i read that you made it and that's impressing. probably extra impressing because I just spent 2 hours trying to figure out sewing with a sewing machine.
