Hey guys! Here’s my half of the questionnaire!

To begin, I’m a third year Comparative Literature and Classics student at UC Berkeley and I’m currently interning here at Chictopia along with Linda! I’m not very good at making these responses flow so I’ll just answer question by question :)

Q: What are you wearing?
A: In the last post: floral dress and tights from H&M; thrifted booties and coach messenger. In this post: shirt dress and tights from H&; vintage Oscar De La Renta scarf, bag, and sunglasses; same thrifted booties from before.

Q: And what do you guys like? Bands, brands, boys, noise, foods, moods, films…
A: Currently: Portishead, H&M, the boyfriend hehe, wonton soup, Rush Hour 2 (ahahahaha).

Q: What are your favorite pair of shoes?
A: I’m really obsessed with those tan cutout flats I wear in every other post! I also love the black lace up booties in the pics.

Q: Meals?
A: Breakfast! I love pancakes :D

Q: Who is your favorite designer?
A: I really love Phillip Lim’s collections right now. if only I could afford them!

Q: What is your favorite thing in your closet?
A: At the moment? That one floral day dress I posted a few entries back.

Q: How tall are you guys??
A: 5’10”ish. I can’t say I understand why people would be jealous but I try and embrace it anyway!

Q: Do you ever wear flats?
A: Most of the time! I’ve been meaning to buy more heels but my height deters me from it.

Q: How do you all know lulu?
A: Through Chictopia when I was asked to do Coedugly!

Q: Are any of you related?!?
A: Nahhh!

Q: How often do you wear jeans and flats/sneakers?
A: I’m actually wearing jeans and flats at the moment. Maybe four times a week?

Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Reading (a lot) and Chictopia :)

Q: Are your occupations fashion-related?
A: Currently yes since I’m interning at Chictopia.

Q: Doesn’t it get hot with those tights on sunny days?
A: It’s actually 60 degrees right now. Bay Area weather is unpredictable!

Q: How often do you go shopping?
A: I go thrifting more often but actual shopping trips in San Francisco are rare during school. I do have an American Apparel and Urban Outfitters on the block next to my apartment!

Q: Where do you shop in _ city? (paris, new york, california, whatever)
A: Mostly thrift stores in the East Bay but when I go to San Francisco, I usually hit up stores in the Powell area (H&M, F21, Anthropologie, etc.)

Q: _Are you 2 good friends in ‘real’ life and were you before chictopia?
A: We actually just met a few weeks ago through interning here! I was supposed to join Linda and Phillip (of MaleUgly) at Blow Up last week but I couldn’t make it :(

Q: Are you influenced by each other’s styles?
A: I always like seeing what Linda posts! I remember there was this one post where she wore a loose white shirt from H&M and I ended up wanting one just like it.

Q: How would you describe your style in three words?
A: Comfortable, affordable, and quirky? ;D

Q: Ethnicity?
A: My dad is Vietnamese/Chinese and my mom is Mexican!

Q: What’s so effing funny?
A: We were supposed to make it seem like we were celebrating??

Q: What trend do y’all hate the most right now?
A: FAKE OVERSIZED GLASSES! after suffering for a few months with bad vision upon losing my glasses, I’m always bitter when I see someone with popped out lenses…

Q: ANNABEL where did you get that floral dress pictured in this post?
A: H&M! it should be on sale for $20 right now.

Q: What field/career would you guys eventually like to work in?
A: I’m not sure at the moment but ideally I would love to work in the fashion industry. If not, I’d probably go to grad school for Classics or Comparative Literature and become a professor and translate Greek and Latin texts into Spanish. yeah, I’m a nerd :|

Q: If you could have any career, fantasy wise, what would it be?
A: I’d love to be an author or screenwriter, ahh!
