I just have to say this is probably my favorite skirt! I found it in an unseen corner of a huge Forever 21 and there was only one left! It was meant to be! I love the floral pattern, the sheer and the mullet skirt (high to low). It’s everything I love wrapped into one skirt! Plus it’s not too long so my short self can wear it without stepping on it :)
