Black with a splash of color

If you asked me I would always say summer in NOT for black. Come on! You have all winter to make yourself sad with dark colors and gloomy layers.
But there are some exceptions! This H&M shirt dress has been one of my fovorite pieces since i bought it last summer. Love the color blocking with the back and it actually looks quite cool even used as a shirt (with a belt making it shorter or simply stucking it inside a skirt or jeans).
Anyway it was a good base to ad not one but 2 neon colors to the look; Bright yellow shoulder bag and the fucsia diamante necklace.
What do you think of the result: Is black summery enough?
