Hello girls! How’s your week so far?
Today’s look was actually what I wore to my math class last night; I usually go to school very comfortable. For the most part I wear flat shoes and keep my heels or wedges in the car just in case I get to grab some dinner or drinks with classmates after.
I was excited to wear this, mainly because I’ve been desperate searching for mint jeans and they are sold out everywhere. I found this pair at the Agaci store in Sawgrass Mills where I work, (yes, I try to do my shopping on my lunch breaks) I honestly hate shopping in crowded places which is why most times I prefer online boutiques, and cute little shops, rather than big malls. I have to admit this is not the green I was looking for, I wanted a more pastel green, a light mint, softer shade, unfortunately I was too late and wasn’t able to find them, therefore I settled for these which are more of an apple green, but they still worked, I think! Or maybe I was more excited to wear them :) what do you think?
The top I also found at the same store, I normally don’t wear anything with my back out, but in this case the top is not fitted or too revealing and I can dress it up or down which is always important for me when it comes to purchasing something. I actually wore it Saturday night for my friend’s birthday with a floral print skirt and tucked in, completely different look!
About my accessories, the bag, I absolutely love! It’s from the store where I work, I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it before, I work for Valentino, a designer I truly admire and respect. This bag is amazing, from the color to the size. It can be worn as a cross body, with the shoulder strap, or tucked in as a clutch, and Valentino’s signature bow makes it so girly yet classic. My wedges are from Shoedazzle, the same website I spoke on my post from yesterday, they are light weight and the color is perfect for the season. The necklace is from my friend’s boutique Pinkwasabiboutique (www.pinkwasabishop.com) I fell in love with the color, I really like how all the shades can be seen. It also came with the matching earrings, when I wear a statement piece like this one I like to go with very simple earrings and sometimes is hard to find the ones that match perfectly. If you visit her online boutique you’ll find really pretty sets there.
I hope you enjoyed this look as much as I enjoy dressing up, thanks for stopping by, and don’t forget to leave your comments; it makes my day reading them. Xo!
