it’s saturday today! less working hours…meaning fave working day of the week! i love dressing up on saturdays. it’s my free day! you see, i really want to look more my age. that means dressing down and adding more mature looking clothes to my closet. i’m trying but i find it hard to let go of the cutesy look i’m used to.my look today was inspired by minnie mouse. lol.
i wore a shirt i got from NET Taiwan. i love the stars esp the studded star design. i added mom’s vintage silver ribbon pin on the collar to get the bow tie look. i then wore my flowy vest to add more character.
i felt like i was too black so i wore a bright red skirt! wore tights and booties to make my legs look less chunky.
completed the look with mom’s vintage bangle bracelets.
went to the mall after.changed my shoes to a pair of gray wedges.i spent 3 hours inside sm department store. tried on lots of clothes and only ended up getting a few key pieces.black skinny jeans( they’re so tight they look like leggings..well ok fine they’re a size 2 and i need to lose weight to fit in them well). a cropped jacket with zippers n stuff.tights from kate torralba’s line.yay lace and prints! a ruched dress.(i’m wearing it soon!) cute black tee.mini skirt with ruffles.(not mature looking at all) i restrained myself from buying this black faux fur coat,it was so cheap i really wanted it.really really cheap.=( i cannot wait to wear my new purchases!!! maybe monday?? XD
