It’s Friday! Woooo! Last night I went to one of my roommate’s thesis presentation. Two of my roommates are designers who attended CCA and it was super cool to see the school, art projects, and get free food. :) A lot of the projects were interactive and had you take photos, so we made sure to take a lot of weird ones. It was kind of nostalgic to be in a lecture hall and be surrounded by students. Such a great atmosphere… sigh.
Today I’m wearing lots of my light, girly-ish clothes. The mint green skirt is from Community Thrift. I’m glad my roommate Alice convinced me to get it because it’s pretty different from all my other skirts. It’s actually made of heavy cotton and reminds me of an old tennis uniform (I’m way too into tennis uniforms). It was only $7! The top is also from our thrifting trip at No that has an interesting texture— sheer with little flower shaped embroideries all over it. I’m glad I got it— it was over $20 but it’s versatile and works with all my high waisted bottoms. I decided to wear this with silver heels instead of white tennis shoes so that I don’t look sloppy. The coat was from Chictopia Shop’s 12 Days of Chic sale.
