Our first stop in Hong Kong is Disneyland. It’s actually my first time to enter Disneyland. I’ve been to Tokyo Disney Sea before but we didn’t bother to go at Disneyland. As usual, there were way too many people though it’s a little less crowd than in Japan.
Before I left, I borrowed my sister’s Disney headband that we got from our last trip to Chiba. One tip that I can give you when going to Disneyland or any amusement park is to save your money as much as you can, reuse and borrow! Just bring enough amount for food and skip the souvenirs. Dining at restaurants, cafes and food stands inside Disneyland costs more expensive than usual yet they are not that satisfying. We ate at Corner Cafe by the way and it wasn’t the best. It’s just overpriced. Service is not that good either. If I’m in Japan, bringing onigiri (rice balls) would be an option.
Another thing, I opted to wear comfortable clothes. Chiffon is a lightweight material. It would never fail you in this hot kind of weather. Do you believe it’s just spring?! Anyway, if you’re oaky with wearing shorts, it’s a good item to wear when going to amusement parks as well. I’m just iffy wearing shorts so I wore this American Apparel red chiffon skirt on top of it. Never forget to wear boots to complete your outfit. Ballet flats are just flat in pictures plus it would hurt as well after hours of walk. You can also wear running shoes but of course, I prefer my Topshop boots given to me by a friend.
