Hooray for my blue beret!

So my title rhymes, what of it? I happen to like my blue beret, it’s good for keeping only a little bit of my head dry when it’s raining, like today and (I suspect) for many days to come. I picked up this little pinafore dress in Switzerland shortly before I left, it’s velvet or baby cord and lovely and soft. It’s also my first little black dress (I think). How have I survived so long without one? By wearing colour of course.

Took these photos in a gap in the rain in order to protect my camera. It started raining for the last few photos.
