So I went to see “Hunger Games” while in Orlando, maybe not the best movie to watch on Easter evening, but oh well. We were leaving the next day. I’ve heard about it, of course due to immense publicity, and knew the plot, but still my first thought 30 min into the movie was like wt*, seriously? Why would somebody write something like this? The concept is really sick and cruel. It was terrible watching kids killing other kids, so much cruelty. It was not a bad movie, do not get me wrong, it was just cruel which compared to the book (if you had a chance to read it) is nothing. Other than that my weekend was exceptionally peaceful.
