Hello.
Here’s my favorite skirt of the season that I wore to work a couple days ago. Favorite. I wear it a lot a lot… The poodle print, poofy skirt at the end, mid length, navy all just get me. Hard. The vintage lace up kitten heels are from Painted Bird and the cropped top is from Clothing Contact, two of my favorite thrift stores in San Francisco. The coat in the second photo is also from Painted Bird. It had a hole in it which I sewed up, but other than that it was a great vintage find that fits very well.
Going through your own photos and then editing them in Photoshop is really quite…vain. So, here’s an awkward looking photo where I’m giving you major lazy eyes (schmoozing you with my eyes while wearing schmoodle). I’m mid-“are we done/we’re probably done now/let me awkwardly touch my arm because I’m not carrying a purse” in this one. The best photos are always the first and last shots.
During the weekend, my boyfriend and I went to the Asian Art Museum (it was the last day of the Maharaja exhibit plus on Sundays it’s free entrance). After watching all of Futurama, I like thinking about how inaccurate some of the placards on display can be. Either way, we ended up finding the Buddhist sculptures and history more interesting in the end.
It’s no secret (to me anyway) that I really enjoy reading famous quotes by authors, poets, or Gandhi. I can read quotes all day. Anyway, I’m probably going to look up Buddha quotes now. :] Bai.
