Well I guess mint has suddenly exploded all over Spring 2012, but a month ago when I picked out this fabric at the store to make a loose cropped blouse, I thought of it as ‘seafoam’. It’s not every day I come across a stretch jersey that I really like, but the color of this jersey really caught my eye so I designed and made this cute little blouse. I have been really feeling houndstooth lately and everyone knows that brocade is one of my all time favorite fabrics so when I came across this white houndstooth print brocade it was a match made in heaven! I had already designed this outfit in my head before I even had my fabric cut at the fabric store. High waist pleated skirts are one of my closet staples, I usually make one in a different color every season.
In other news I have finished up my Fall 12 collection this weekend and will be showing my first manufactured line at a fashion show this week! So I’m super excited and nervous.
