This morning I went thrifting at my favourite secret thrift store and picked up a ridiculous amount of good things.

You know when you go into a thrift store and it’s run by really old ladies who are super sweet but really don’t understand the value of vintage clothing/haven’t sold out to the vintage trend like ALL the other charity stores? And so they don’t realise that an amazing velvet/lace bodycon dress or pleated chiffon blouse or multi-toned perforated brogues should be worth WAY more than $3? And no one else knows about this op shop because it’s kind of hidden and kind of hard to get to? And trendy people have also yet to discover this place because it’s located in an extremely untrendy suburb? WELL. That’s my favourite secret thrift store. And I love it and it loves me. And that is where I bought this stripey circle-skirted dress and belt today, for $4 and 50c respectively. It’s awesome. The end.
