Me doing that thing I do with tutus! (Yes I missed my tutus so much I couldn’t stay away from them!!!)
Anyway, this is a modified tutu since these are two completely different skirts that I layered and decided to pouf up. The topmost layer is a sequined lace skirt and the layer under is a chiffon skirt tutu skirt in plain blue. I wanted to wear both pieces in a completely different way so I wore both together and VOILA it was a completely new skirt.
I loved the electric blue burst of color that the tutu layer provided. I wore this with a lycra tanktop and a bomber jacket that toughened up the look. Added leggings since I did not want to peekaboo and do a live show.
I wore this to a meeting with CODE MAG online, a one stop designer dot com shop showcasing Filipino designers (a lot of ’em) that Glitterati would be part of (I shall say no more and leave the suspense for Cheena and Steph to reveal) and also to meet with co-owner, partner and co – designer Nina regarding the calendar for our Spring/Summer Collection to be released next month! Tons of meetings…i know. Time flies. But we love what we are doing!
I realize that I’ve been to CIBO on an average of thrice weekly the past three weeks! I love the spinach dip and the pasta with truffle paste so much I keep coming back for more!!!! Haha. To think I never really liked Italian food before!!!!
