Unexpected Treasure

I adore this dress. Bought it for $8 at a thrift store without ever trying it on, thinking I’d use the fabric for something. Got it home, tried it on just for fun, and loved it. It’s black and lacey and extremely comfortable but looks so elegant. There’s a tiny bit of beading on the bodice that give it just a little bit of shine. This dress is so easy to pack and take anywhere, it never wrinkles and it works for almost every occasion. It has become my go-to dress.

The fat ball of fur is my beagle, who with his tricolor coat, enjoys ruining any outfit I wear before I even get out the door.
