This charming Emerald Green with white polka dots blouse is a thrifted gem of mine. It is vintage 1970s Adele Simpson. It is such a classic piece, and quite a show stopper. I paired it with white denim cuttoff shorts, originally Calvin Klein straight leg pants. This top can be worn a multitude of ways. It can be dressed down, or up, depending on your occasion.
