This is what I wore for a day of running errands for my clothing line & a lunch date in The Mission. It is not a secret that I LOVE peterpan collars on pretty much everything. I have been designing dresses and blouses with peterpan collars since my Fall 2010 collection. I designed this Peach Peterpan Collar Dress for my Spring 2012 collection and styled it with a frayed yellow silk chiffon sash belt. I really like to style my dresses with vintage pieces like my ivory kitten heels and this snake skin purse that I took from my moms closet. The purse is pretty much falling apart, but I can’t seem to part with it :(
There are a couple boutiques that carry my line in the Mission District of San Francisco, and some times I will make a few custom/exclusive pieces for each boutique. I had a sudden burst of inspiration the night before I had a lunch date at Frjtz so I stayed up all night sewing a few amazing printed Kaftan style dresses that I knew would be perfect for Wonderland boutique.
This week I am gonna be prepping for Project San Francisco 2012 where I will be debuting my Spring 2012 collection on the runway! I am really excited, I love doing fashion shows because getting to see my collection come to life on the runway is an amazing feeling.
