Vintage 80s Blue Polka Dot Harem Pants / High Waist Tapered Trousers

These quirky pants are from the 80s. They are a pretty shade of blue with white polka dots all over. High waisted, with a thick elastic waistband in the back. Tapered leg. Chiffon, sheer fabric, lined underneath.
