Hi Chictopians!

The votes are in for the most “understatedly chic” looks from our Joie Girl Contest! It was a tough decision, but with the help of our judges (and some very chic Chictopia Style Icons) Fashion Zen, District of Chic, and Hallie Daily, here are the winners!
