Iximche

Taking a few of borrowed words I’ll say that am in the epicenter of the end of the world (sarcastically of course!). I am a few kms. distance from the lands that less than 2000 years ago were occupied by the Mayan Civilization. Without exaggeration and spoilers, I confessed that I have been feeling the ancestral vibe in the atmosphere, reason why am called to go to this archeological sites once in a while. (Considering my distance advantage).

Iximché is not the most majestic place relatively to Archeology, nevertheless am highly attracted to the simplicity and the rural area nature, including a lot of flora and fauna species, especially birds who lives in the place and add their sing to the wild symphony directed by the trees sound.

If I could, I would move near to Iximché and go to read Leonard Cohen every single afternoon with the litterfall and the ceremonial temples.
