This skirt is superb. It has some kind of magic capable of transforming even a simple ensemble into something ethereal. Paired with an open shouldered top, embellished heels and bold chunky jewels, this sheer skirt (also seen here) has transforms into evening wear. So far this ensemble is one of my favorites and I’m going to wear it to at least one of the countless parties this January…
