OMG your so lucky to live where it's warm! In buffalo its only like 20 degrees but I still wear the occasional dress.haha And this dress is really adorable!

This is really cute! The belt and shoes seem to go so well together even though I can't really tell if they are the same colour.. either way. It's a sweet look.

ok don't get mad. I'm not crazy about the skirt...but I think i'd love it if you wore it with tights the color of he flowers and some really tall brown heels iwth thick straps and a thicker heel and a platform on the front. But i do love the idea of the skirt turned into a dress and the shoes are darling! yay!
